Booking Policies
At Eagle Star Lodge, all bookings are handled through third-party platforms such as HockingHills.com and Airbnb.com. Because of this, all policies related to refunds, cancellations, and modifications are governed solely by the terms and conditions of the platform where your reservation was made.
1. Cancellations and Modifications
If you need to cancel or change your reservation, please refer to the cancellation policy listed on the platform where you booked. Each platform may have different rules regarding:
Cancellation deadlines
Refund eligibility
Rebooking or rescheduling options
Service fees
We recommend reviewing those terms carefully at the time of booking.
2. Refund Requests
Eagle Star Lodge does not process refunds directly. Any refund requests must be submitted through the booking platform you used. The timing and eligibility of your refund will depend entirely on that platform’s policy.
3. No Returns for Digital or Contact Form Inquiries
We do not sell any physical products or digital services directly on our site. All inquiries submitted through the contact form are for informational purposes only and are not eligible for refunds or returns.
